Another success story
Sentric worked with a major Utility Company in Australia (foreign owned) to prepare its ICT assets and investment to operate in a Smart Grid environment with Smart Networks.
The objective was to define the changes and investments required of people, process and technology in a Program of Work. This program of work was then to be prioritised, implemented and managed.
The Outcomes of the assignment was to build and implement an Outcome Management Office, Enterprise Architecture Division and define the Program of Work to upgrade major systems and acquire new applications.
